HELP US MAKE THE MUSIC HAPPEN
We depend on volunteers to make the music happen.
The Arkansas Symphony Orchestra Guild works very hard to bring music education to Arkansas children and to support the activities of the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra. Click the link that interests you and we’ll make sure to contact you.
USHERS EVENTS — Ushering allows you to see performances for free. And it’s not hard at all! Just bring a smile and a helpful attitude to each performance and enjoy the show once the lights go down! Concerts are usually held on Saturday nights and Sunday afternoons. However, some performances have additional Friday night performances scheduled.
STELLA BOYLE SMITH YOUNG ARTISTS COMPETITION – This spring event brings talented high school musicians from across the state to Little Rock to compete for recognition and prizes. Volunteers are needed to help with organization, implementation and publicity.
ORCHESTRA AND YOU — Be part of a team that takes music education and the joy of music into our Little Rock/Pulaski County area schools. Introduce kindergarten through third grade students to classical music and instruments.
CHILDREN’S CONCERT — Schools statewide are offered the opportunity to attend a concert in person at Robinson Concert Hall. Guild volunteers are needed to greet, usher and seat student groups at Robinson.
FUNDRAISING — Our yearly fundraiser takes many hands to make a successful event. April 2023 was the premier of our Symphony of Homes event. This fun tour of homes featured 7 homes designed by local interior designers. Stay tuned to see what we’re planning for our upcoming events.
